January seems to be the month that summer brides really get going on their wedding to-do lists. We have a ton of bridal tastings coming up this month, and we're so excited! It's so much fun talking through details of a bride & groom's cakes while they try out some yummy flavor options. Since Ally & I run RedRaspberry out of our home kitchens, we have been asked if we offer tastings and how it works.

Yes we do.

We host tastings for brides in my dining room where we have cake samples on display to reference fondant, buttercream, size and scale in person as we talk through your options. Your requested flavors will be available to sample, and we'll have our website up to browse our photos and menu for ideas. Our summer schedule is filling up quickly with weddings, so make sure you get on our calendar as soon as you get engaged!
